FoKAL Memorandum of AgreementEach member institution is required to sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) upon entrance to the Federation of Kentucky Academic Libraries. The MoA is a legally binding document that outlines the responsibilities of the member institution, the larger FoKAL organization, and other information.
The original copies of the Memorandums are held at (to be determined). Any member can request a copy of their MoA at any time by contacting (to be determined) for a scanned version to be sent to them.
